News Briefs Published March 13, 2008 MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Narita Shuttle Bus Special: In recognition of Spring break, ITT will be offering additional shuttle bus runs to Narita Airport. In addition to the regularly scheduled Thursday night runs, s shuttle will depart Misawa on Sunday March 30, April 6 and April 13. These buses will be going straight to Narita and not stop at Yokota Air Base. The additional shuttle runs will depart Narita Monday night and return to Misawa on Tuesday morning. Price is $70 for one-way. For more information, call ITT at 226-3555. Readiness Run: The first readiness run of 2008 is scheduled for April 4. All Air Force participants must wear the Air Force PT uniform. All units should be in place by 6:20 a.m. Look for additional information to appear on the commander's access channel. Piano Player Wanted: The 8 a.m. Protestant Traditional Service and the 9:30 a.m. Catholic Mass are both in need of a pianist. Bids for the position will be accepted until March 24, with the paid position beginning at the end of March. The statement of work is available at the chapel office. U. S. Air Force service members, their spouses and dependent children (under the age of 23) of active duty and Air Force Reserve/Air National Guard personnel may apply for this scholarship.
