Where are you from? Nebraska

What's your favorite thing about being stationed in Japan? Learning about their history and being able to travel to different places

Who has been your greatest Air Force mentor and what quality about this mentor do you value most? My greatest mentors are women who become pilots or are able to achieve colonel and higher, because there are only a few.

What is your primary professional goal at this point in your career? To achieve my bachelor's degree

What motivates you? My daughter motivates me to strive for goals that I wouldn't normally. It's to make things better for us.

Describe the best day of your life. The best day of my life is my birthday, which is Dec. 24 -- not because I am getting older, but I get to spend time with my family. Christmas is my favorite holiday, with awesome food and presents.

What advice would you give to new Airmen? They should start going to college as soon as possible and get their degree. It's definitely harder when you have a family.

Supervisor's comment:
Senior Airman Klicko epitomizes "excellence in all we do." The 610th Air Control Flight is the smallest component in the operations group. She currently manages operations training for 22 flight members, ensuring everyone remains or becomes combat mission ready. In addition, she has eight additional duties and is an avid supporter of bilateral relations with the Misawa community. Airman Klicko is just one of the many dedicated Airmen who make the ACF continually successful. Her dedication and attention to detail truly make her an asset to the 35th Fighter Wing mission.
