MISAWA CITY, Japan -- Kazumasa Taneichi, Misawa City Mayor, Col. Nobuhiro Shiota, Air Base Group 3rd Air Wing commander, and Col. David Stilwell, 35th Fighter Wing commander, salute several fire departments as they march by center stage during the Misawa City Fire Department New Year ceremony Jan. 18, 2009.
