Wing commander hosts party, strengthens bonds

Barry Leister, 373rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group commander, slices a piece of poached salmon for Misawa City Mayor Kazumasa Taneichi Dec. 12 at the Stilwell residence. Col.
