MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Amy O’Grady, Airmen’s Center director, showcases the $769,000 Airmen’s Center to Lt. Gen. Edward A. Rice Jr., U.S. Forces Japan and 5th Air Force commander, and his wife, Teresa, during their visit to the base.
