Have you been looking for a workout routine that is always changing, fun, gets great results and people pushing you every step of the way? Well look no further because the Warrior Fit program at the Potter Fitness Center can give you just that.

The Warrior Fit program is free to all base members and is offered Monday through Friday with various times throughout the week with top of the line CrossFit certified instructors to guide participants to a full body workout experience.

Warrior Fit involves a series of different full body exercises to include weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and swimming. Daniel Hershey, Warrior Fit instructor, said that as of now swimming is not a big thing they do in the program, but it could be something they add in the future.

"The great thing about Warrior Fit is it is constantly changing," said Hershey. "You're not going to get bored with this program because the workouts are never the same."

Another great feature to the program is motivation passed on from one person to another, making Warrior Fit a more enjoyable workout and overall experience, said Rachel Wilkes, 8-month Warrior Fit participant.

"It's like a workout family," said Tracy Melfi, 8-month Warrior Fit participant. "With all-around support, everybody is cheering everybody on." I think the best thing about Warrior Fit is you get results, added Melfi. "I have lost 67 pounds because of Warrior Fit."

When asked about the best thing Warrior Fit has to offer, every participant asked gave the same response; results.

"I have tried every single workout class at the Potter Fitness Center, and this one I actually saw results," said Wilkes.
