MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan --  NONJUDICIAL PUNISHMENTS

A technical sergeant willfully failed to correct her age on two separate Physical Training test in a six month time period. She did not alert the Fitness Assessment Cell that they were calculating her scores with the wrong age group. She was also aware that she failed her last PT test but since the Fitness Assessment Cell calculated her PT test in the wrong age group, she received a passing score and was able to attend NCO Academy under false pretenses. When asked by her First Sergeant if she passed her PT test before leaving for NCOA, she lied and said that she did.


Offense Description: A technical sergeant failed to notify Fitness Assessment Cell about her correct age while taking the PT test on multiple occasions. She also lied to a Senior NCO about passing her PT test before going to NCOA.

Offense Description: A senior airman tried to solicit a PT tester to lie on his PT score sheet, by saying he passed the minimum sit-ups.

- Reprimand

Offense Description: A senior airman failed to go, lied about going to the Urgent Care Center, was drunk and disorderly and drunk while at work.

- Art. 134 - Drunkenness-incapacitation for performance of duties.
Punishment Imposed:
- Reduction to E-2
- Restriction 30 days

Offense Description: An airman first class showed up to work drunk.
