MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- NONJUDICIAL PUNISHMENTS

A senior airman, was derelict in their duties by negligently failing to accurately document the ammunition inventory. The inventory was considered invalid and had to be re-accomplished resulting in a waste of 1,000 man hours.

- Art. 92 - Dereliction of duty
Punishment Imposed: 
- Reduction to E-3, suspended
- Forfeiture of $1,000 x 2 months
- Reprimand

Offense Description: A senior airman wrongfully interfered with adverse administrative proceedings
Violated:
- Art. 134- Wrongful interference
Punishment Imposed: 
- Reduction to E-3, 
- Restriction 30 days
- 30 days extra duty
- Reprimand

Violated:

- Reduction to E-2, suspended
