MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan --  After almost three years serving as the 35th Fighter Wing command chief, Chief Master Sgt. Chuck Frizzell leaves Misawa Air Base after an F-16 Fighting Falcon familiarization flight with Col. R. Scott Jobe, the 35th FW commander, pushing the throttle, March 19.
