Parents and children from across Misawa Air Base joined together to celebrate Easter festivities during multiple events, April 15.

The 35th Force Support Squadron held three separate Easter egg hunts for children ages 0-13 at the Weasel’s Den.

Other events held throughout the day included brunch with the Easter bunny, an Easter egg hunt held by the Base Exchange, face painting and egg dying.

“There was a lot of preparation that went into making this happen,” said Casey Lademann, 35th Force Support Squadron Teen Center director. “Seeing the smile and excitement on the children’s faces made it very rewarding.”
