Tours

Base tours tell a portion of the Air Force story to visitors and highlights the Air Force mission, traditions and heritage. They are tailored to coincide with the interests of different age groups.

Requests for tours from off-base organizations should be via Misawa Industry and Tourism Division, 0176-53-5111 extension 537 or 514.

Noise Concerns 

Misawa Air Base is committed to being a good neighbor in the Aomori Prefecture.  Although we implement noise abatement procedures, we understand our aircraft and operations can cause a disturbance. We will remain steadfast in our pursuits to accommodate the needs of the community while conducting defense operations in alliance with the Government of Japan.

Please coordinate noise concerns with your local officials.
