Wild Weasel of the Week: Airman 1st Class Bradley Kratz



Each week a member of the 35th Fighter Wing is selected as the Wild Weasel of the Week. This individual is recognized based on superior performance, outstanding work ethic, and overall good conduct and discipline.

The 35th Logistics Readiness Squadron chose Airman 1st Class Bradley Kratz, vehicle mechanic, to be their Wild Weasel of the Week.

What is your daily mission?
Our mission is to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all base vehicles in support of flightline activity, base security, snow removal and safety of all personnel on base.

What do you enjoy about your job? 
I enjoy expanding my knowledge by working on all types of vehicles.

Why did you choose to serve in the Air Force?
I wanted the opportunity to travel around the world and the benefits of serving in the military.

What is your favorite thing about living in Japan?
My favorite things about living in Japan are Kappa Sushi and the culture.  

Who has been your best mentor and what have they taught you?
Staff Sgt. John Stewart and Staff Sgt. Roberto Gonzalez. They have helped me increase my knowledge about my career field and the Air Force.

How long have you been stationed at Misawa:  1 year

What goals do you want to meet while at Misawa?
Pin on senior airman and start college.

What goals do you want to meet during your Air Force career?
Obtain my bachelor's degree.
