Supervisor's remarks: "Staff Sgt. Terrance Dixon is the consummate quiet professional. He made a tremendous difference in the squadron when he stepped up to fill the gap left by our outgoing unit program coordinator, expertly handling complex personnel issues despite limited notice and preparation. He became an expert in a very short time and is now training our brand new unit program coordinator." -Lt. Col. Jeffrey S. Cohen, 14th fighter squadron commander.
