What is your daily mission?

I'd have to thank 1st Lt. Austin Davis. Besides having to put up with me for hours on end and breaking down "simple concepts," he has shown me it is essential to put the needs of others before the needs of yourself.  Those are the qualities of a great leader and I respect him even more for that.

Supervisor's comments on why you were selected:
"Airman 1st Class Aguilar is a high caliber Airman. There is never a day you do not see him smiling and working his hardest to complete tasks that are given to him.  He takes the time to learn his craft and is always looking for ways to make it better.  When I first arrived here at Misawa three months ago, Airman Aguilar was one of the first to ensure I understood concepts and tasks essential here to support the fighter wing.  He truly takes pride in teaching others what he knows to help them succeed and learning all he can to increase his knowledge.  His overall attitude and work ethic is something that I think everyone in this world could use." - Staff Sgt. Jasmine Carraway, 35 OSS combat intelligence cell supervisor.
