Our Mission:
The 35th Fighter Wing Judge Advocate provides legal advice and support to the 35th Fighter Wing commander and more than 40 unit commanders and staff agencies in the areas of military justice, adverse administrative actions and ethics, civil, operations, environmental, labor, and contract law. It provides preventive law, legal assistance and tax service to a large client base, and is responsible for all claims for and against the government.

Customer service hours:
Notary and Power of Attorneys: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. walk-in
Legal Assistance and Wills: Monday through Friday, 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. by appointment
Legal Assistance Only: Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. walk-in

Steps to file Household Goods Claim and other Claims:
1) Full Replacement Value (FRV) - File your claim directly with your household goods carrier.
2) Defense Personal Property System (DPS) - File your claim directly with carrier online through DPS.
3) Other Claims: If you are unsatisfied with a carrier's offer or want to file any other type of claim, go to http://claims.jag.af.mil/ or call the Claims Center at the number above.
