Senior Airman Sara J. MacGowan is the Pacific Air Forces F-16 Demonstration Team Avionics Technician, and Avionics Systems Journeyman at the 13th Fighter Generation Squadron (FGS) 35th Fighter Wing, Misawa Air Base, Japan. She leads all demo team maintenance on over 34 avionics subsystems on the F-16, and serves as a Avionics Systems Journeyman at the 13th FGS.
Senior Airman MacGowan enlisted in the Air Force in March 2022. She completing basic training in April 2022 and graduated from Technical Training at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas in September 2022. Following initial F-16 training Senior Airman MacGowan was assigned to the 13th FGS in Misawa, Japan. She has been with the PACAF Demonstration Team since June 2024.
