Senior Airman Matthew Flores is the Pacific Air Forces F-16 Demonstration Team Electrical and Environmental specialist. In this position, SrA Flores works with a team that performs F-16 aerial capability demonstrations at airshows across the INDOPACOM area of responsibility, performing live in front of more than six million spectators annually and supporting U.S. Air Force strategic engagement efforts in the region. SrA Flores also serves as an F-16 Electrical and Environmental specialist assigned to the 35th Fighter Wing, Misawa Air Base, Japan.
SrA Flores enlisted as an Airman Basic in 2017. He completed his technical training at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. Following initial F-16 training, SrA Flores was assigned to the 79th Aircraft Maintenance Unit at Shaw Air force Base, South Carolina. He has been with the Demonstration Team, based at Misawa Air Base, since July of 2023.
