Wild Weasel Walk-Through: 35th Aerospace Medicine Squadron Flight Medicine Flight

U.S. Air Force Col. Jesse J. Friedel, 35th Fighter Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Joey R. Meininger, 35th Fighter Wing command chief, check for exit wounds on a simulated patient before transporting them onto a stretcher with members from the 35th Aerospace Medicine Squadron (AMS) Flight Medicine Flight during a Wild Weasel Walk-Through at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Aug. 3, 2021. The 35th AMS Flight Medicine Flight practice these procedures to prevent combat deaths by providing proven trauma stabilization techniques, allowing for wounded members to survive long enough to receive life-saving treatment.
