35th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron annual load competition
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. David Botterill, a 13th Aircraft Maintenance Unit weapons load crew chief, secures a training GBU-54, a guided bomb, to the weapons sub-assembly on an F-16 Fighting Falcon during the annual weapons load competition at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Jan. 20, 2021. Two teams from the 35th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron used various tools and equipment during this competition to complete the mission of loading an F-16 Fighting Falcon while racing against the clock and an opposing load crew.
