New whip

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Jarrod Vickers, 35th Fighter Wing Public Affairs broadcast journalist, sits in his first drift car in Wichita, Kansas. Jarrod didn’t get into the mechanical side of cars until he moved to Kansas, finding local car groups to be a part of. Jarrod now drifts and fixes cars in Japan, stating he’s especially grateful for the opportunity the Air Force gave him to be stationed at Misawa Air Base. (Courtesy Photo)
