U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Wesley Kitchens, a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration craftsman with the 35th Civil Engineer Squadron, briefs Maj. Gen. Timothy S. Green, the Air Force Director of Civil Engineers and Deputy Chief of Staff for logistics, engineering and force protection with Headquarters U.S. Air Force, on the construction of a new explosive ordnance disposal compound at Misawa Air Base, Japan, July 1, 2016.
