Joint community; Air Force and JASDF senior NCOs team up to welcome community and promote Critical Days of Summer

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan— Members of Misawa’s Top 3 and the Japan Air Self-Defense Force Senior NCO Association hold flags, which display welcome and responsible driving messages in front of the main-gate 13 June. The Top 3 is a professional military organization, which strives to help senior NCOs progress through professional development as well as assist the on base and local community through mutually beneficial projects.
