14 FS completes reconstitution, participates in Northern Edge

Misawa's 13th Fighter Squadron deploys to Korea

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- An F-16 out of the 13th Fighter Squadron takes off for a deployment to the Republic of Korea Feb. 23, 2009.
